In Next Level Knees, Daniel, the founder of Athletic Kinetics, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and running biomechanics expert, will take you through the exercises you need to bullet proof your knees. You will build exceptional RUNNING SPECIFIC strength, stability, and mobility that you need to achieve your running goals.

What is Next Level Knees?

Next Level Knees is a running specific mobility, stability, strength, program designed to build injury resistance so you can run for years to come AND improve your performance.

It’s like having your own personal trainer… who also happens to also be a Doctor of Physical Therapy, running biomechanics expert, and runner explaining exactly what to do to become a better, less injury prone runner. All you need to do is follow along.

It is 12 weeks of very specific exercises designed by our Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) who are also runners, running biomechanics experts, and have spent years studying the best research on injury prevention for runners. The program gives you the strength, stability, and mobility exercises you need to reduce your injury risk and improve running performance.

Each week you do 3 workouts.

Each workout is typically 4 mobility exercises, 2 stability exercises and 4 strength exercises. The program get’s harder each week and is designed in a way that allows you to scale up or down difficulty.

Each workout will typically take somewhere between 45-75 minutes depending on your experience level and the difficulty level you choose.

Each exercise has a video showing you how to do the exercise as well as detailed cueing so you do the exercise correctly and get the most out of your training.
