It is 12 weeks of very specific exercises designed by our Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) who are also runners, running biomechanics experts, and have spent years studying the best research on injury prevention for runners. The program gives you the strength, stability, and mobility exercises you need to reduce your injury risk and improve running performance.
